Unfortunately, if they did the dodgy with you the first and 2nd time, I doubt they would even consider refunding your money. However, I wouldn't give them any extra money as they have tried to rort you out of an extra $800.
Few questions for your rims on the Audi:
1) The first time around on your Audi, did you get hub-centric rings for it?
2) Did you get proper wheelnuts/wheelbolts for the rims? (aftermarket rims can sometimes require different shaped nuts to hold the rim on securely).
If Ozzy tyres didn't supply hub-centric rings and still claimed to have been "repairing" your rims, then they could have been pulling a dodgy one. If you like these rims, I'd exchange them for the same but in the proper offset. Find out the offset of your rims now. If it is +42 now, you might need +55 instead.
