quaife is better in certain circumstances. The clutch types are my choice, though driver preference and car setup really matter on this one.

Torsen Difs (Quaiffe) are more of a progressive feel, and do not 'lock' aggresively like Clutch type Diff do, like the Cusco.
Cusco's are good, and the rebuild kits are cheap as chips nowadays.
Helical LSDs prevent wheelspin, but once wheelspin occurs (one wheel on road, other on mud), they act like an open diff and spin away unlike a clutch LSD which will still transfer torque to the wheel with traction.
