i thought there was some law about putting up windscreen banner, etc...
if it fouls the wipers its illegal.
so tint on the inside of the windscreen is the best bet legally.
i might look into getting it done.
you can tint/sticker your windsreen... just not below the reach of the wipers, or the ADR marking on the windscreen (which ever is lower)...
ITs for looks, make it look kool.
so if you get a windscreen replacement from anywhere, it doesnt come with the tint?
I've bought a replacement windscreen before on another car and it had tint up top. Green tho instead of original blue.

i need to get my windscreen replaced and im thinking of obrien, anyone got it dont from them and can tell about the quality of the windscreens?

I got a matt black windshield banner. it really does help alot from sun glare which can be dangerous at times
