If you just want to lightly mod your car i think you should aim for a decent IHE and Lightweight flywheel and heavy duty clutch
IMO i think first things first and go for the fly and clutch. It will pull harder than a car with just IHE, be more responsive and you wont have to listen to the endless drone of an exhaust system :) though i do love the sound of vtec.
