but was my first time
took 4 runs to get under 16
something like
16.2
16.3
16.1
15.65
hi all
Bit overwhelmed guys, thanks for all or the reply’s, thank for the encouragement too to some of you guys!!! Thanks,
I live in Melbourne and will be running once the weather gets better, (Raining heaps down here for you Sydney boys!)
I know about the driving part I am experienced in that side of things but mainly didn’t know what to expect out of my teg. Its better to hear straight from the horses mouth.
Me I will be very happy to pull in any 15’s. I think that would be pretty good to get out of her. I know it sounds a bit over the top but 15’s is to far from 13’s and later if I can do a few mods, to let me take off two seconds to get to 13’s I will be happy. And yes I know that two seconds is a lot of time to shave off when you get down to that scale of things . But every time I run I expect to do it properly and do everything right.
Eg: make the lighter and use some kind of octane boost.
I will be using either Dunlop Formula FM901's or Sumitomo HTRZ2's as tires, these are v tred tires, but I also have a set of slicks on ligther rims.
:honda:
good luck with trying to get your GSi into the 13's and spending under 10k ;P
hey I never said under 13 I said around 13, and it isn’t really that hard, if you know the right people to help you out.
What do you think would be do for 10K?
To me that’s a lot of money to me for a few bits and pieces?
if u want to get into 13's, turbo that sucker.
*puts on flame suit*
i somehow think 13s would require a bit more than a few bits an pieces, some weight reduction and octane boost!
unless the weight reduction your talking about consists of removing all panels and interior a la a Mini Moke :)
i did 14.2@94mph on a 96 spec JDM dc2 type RQuote:

20s sounds about right for a GSI integra...since its has no lsd, take off speed wont be special. U made a good start with the tyres but theres a long way to go to get 15sec passes...very long way
