You can get 115kw ATW without TODA Spec B CAM and any engine work. I know because I got one with only Intake, muff and Power FC. And I know many others who done more mod than me without CAM still produce 115 to 120kw ATW. (All of the above are in a ITR)
Of couse these is only dyno figures, as you all know it DOES NOT mean it is the quickest...lol...a properly tune 100kw VTIR with lot of torq can wasted a 115kw ITR in most condition..so it doen't mean anything really....
I do know from speaking to ppl, you should get around 120kw with I/H/E and ECU, 130+kw with toda cam, value sprine, gasket, cam gear...etc.
