I know what you mean dude, couple of years ago i did that and it was a bitch but i finally got it to twist in, but it took awhile

thats really strange, where did you buy the HID from maybe you better ask them to do it for you, what brand is it ?

I think you have to file the plastic tap part on the H11 HID bulb. it's a bit too wide to fit.

I had the same problem with the 4300K one, I end up removing one of the headlight and to see why it didn't fit.

I then purchased another set of 6000K bulbs, they fit on without any drama at all.

Same brand, same H11 size. Chinese quality :(.

tks guys. thought i was the only one having problems :) brand is GT HID and bought it online. its the most frustrated DIY came acrossed. removed the front bumper and can't finish the installation but already put the ballast under headlight (just double-side taped). now just a matter of fitting the bulb

btw, can someone let me know what i need to clean the bulb surface and where i can get it as accidentally touch the bulb and need to clean once file the plastic taps

use KFC refreshing tower! LOL

just some paper type tower with alcohol base.
