I've owned 2.
I spent a fair bit to change to a better one.

But why would you spend extra money on a GT-R only to cripple it, when you could simply buy the cheaper, lighter, simpler GTS-T? You wouldn't. Even the RWD N/A Skylines aren't really 'gimped' when compared to the GT-R, as some people will want that setup over an AWD turbo. Each car serves a different purpose.
The Integras, on the other hand, are just a straight progression of three N/A FWDs, making anything less than the Type R redundant, rather than simply different.
A lot of Vietnamese do this.
Buy a house with (eg) 1000sqr mtrs living area.
eat and cook & watch tv in the 4 car garage. park cars outside. they even leave the couches wrapped up in plastic.
the rest of it is just for show.
you're saying the same thing, buy the best, don't use it, just for posing
I don't even know anymore

Are there ever any ITR cruises that i could come and check a few out and talk to people?
Dude if youre set on a type R just get one,and making it less "harsh",well softer spring and damper rates will help in that respect
If by harshness you mean road noise, you can add sound absorbing material if you wish but I think just softer suspension will satisfy you by the sound of it
If you do not have much success on here, try www.clubitr.com.au, they should have plenty!
Dc2r isn't even harsh lol.. I've been DD mine for over 3years, last 1.5years I've had bc coilovers (9kg front and 6kg rear) sacked with 28clicks out of 30 stiff at the front with 24 clicks rear.
Can we keep OT please, last time i checked it was ozhonda not ozkebab.
worth checking out to see if it is legit:

Its only 20 minutes from where i live, i might suss it out! The interior looks a bit worn for the kms though?
better judge of km's is the steering wheel, are the grains in the leather all worn/smooth?
better not be @ just 30k
also the drive will give it away.
photo's show roof bit faded?

Lol damn man why did you spread the word! I wanna buy the car haha
Please watch a few episodes of a UK show called Wheeler Dealers before you start the buying process.
Will help you learn the ways of lowballing and buying/dealing.. focus on any negatives to chip down the price, dont mention the positives or show too much enthusiasm

Yeh well I want to get in contact with his son first to discuss it with him cause he had no idea
Does anyone know a guy called trevor from
This site? His name was spl k he is now selling a white dc2r
Something doesn't seem right about that car. Engine bay seems way too dirty for such low kilometers.
Too much wear on seats.
Spark plug cover changes between photos (may just be from an old photo).
Cowling faded, drivers door trim armrest faded.
If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
That yellow one DOES have a clean engine bay, and the spark plug cover is the same, just the angle. Cowling always fades like that, not sure about door trim but may be the flash creating that effect.
Engine bay is pretty clean for a 12 year old car.
Also the car's paintwork looks bit pale but thats only because of flash I believe.
Only suspicious thing I see is footwells, carpet, seats are worn
So not sure.
Incredibly low kms.
VIN is incorrect.
Vehicle is being sold by somebody other than the owner, who of course knows very little about the car, and therefore doesn't have to answer any hard questions about it.
Seriously, has anybody actually bought a used car before?

Anyone know the low down on this car?
