1. Automatic.

4. The fact I can't afford genuine TE37's at the moment.
5. Drunk, unintelligent, in-bred f**ktards in shitty commodores calling me a rice burner even after I've left them for dead through 'twisties'.
6. Young, dumb f**ktards who have just got their licence, think they're f**king Ayrton Senna or Victor Bray, and want to 'go me' at the lights on suburban streets.

what i hate about my integra - its not a type R. Doesn't have leather, coldest damn steering wheel in the mornings (damn leather), Uh.. I have to use a remote cos its JUST that little bit too far away the head unit... OH... and i can't find damn seat covers for it cos of the racing seats. AND AND AND i still hit my head on the door frame if I dont get it properly, rather low cos of the seats. OTHER THAN THAT.... she's not bad. LOVE LOVE LOVE the quick pick up when over taking - almost feel like I'm a v6 sometimes.

Leather interior wears out too quickly

3. i get called a ricer even though my car isnt rice
4. random squeeking noises from the back all the time
5, it rattles alot

I feel it's a fairly solid car - only thing is it looks a bit puffy at the front, the engine is bit noise and when turning the stock suspension are too good!

Integra VTi-R 1994 188,000km

from most relevant to least relevant

1. Only a 4-seater. I know the rear space is tiny for most but still should throw in a 5th seat belt, it can still fit 3 skinny girls in the back

2. Rear seat access -front seat maneuverability, once the front seat back rest is swung forward, the whole seat doesn't push forward in one sequence, you have to pull the front lever to push it forward. Very annoying.

3. No cruise control

4. Dash/cluster lighting not bright enough

5. Awkward wiper controls, no adjustable intermittent wiping, doesn't wipe when washer is used

6. Location of fuel filler (should be drivers side)

7. Antenna noise

8. Awkward fan/heater controls

9. Key in loud beeper sound

10. Oil filter accessibility

11. 4-stud wheels

12. Tiny glovebox for a non passenger airbag model

But apart from these minor negatives, most of them related to design/ergonomics, the car is awesome, quality built, excellent performance even at 13 years old.

2. it hates speedhumps, my bum gets gets airbourne at any speed

3. a spiderweb magnet

4. feels like one pebble on the road will make my car flip over on freeways

5. uphill battles, acceleration: -30km/h

6. its got good brakes... we all know this, but passengers dont, scaring the snot out of them everytime >.>

1. Recaros wear out (on the base edge).
2. Gotta be very careful of where I park.
3. Scrapage :(
4. It's black so I'm garanteed it'll be dirty.
5. Alot of rattles and creaking.. but thats part of the charm eh?
6. Could still do with more power.
7. Turning circle really does suck. But thats due to the LSD, so I'm ok with that.
8. Why isn't my LEFT vent CF? The bloody right is!
9. Everytime I wash the car due to lack or poor sealing my engine bay gets abit wet!
10. Flawed A pillar/Roof design, water gets in when i open the windows if the cars wet or if I use the washer!@#

Only a couple of things...

1) Noises and rattles throughout the car
2) Being afraid to park it in common places
3) People wanting to race

[DC5R]
dislike. no JDM k20a

a) Window rattles on the driver side door when closing
b) Door trims on the older DC2/4 models tend be creased easily
c) Antenna looks shiet house - looks like an RC car when up :p

DC2R: Dislike how there is no fake carbon fibre around the left aircon vent! hehehe sooo tacky

I dislike how the exhaust is a good inch lower than it needs to be making my stock height car bottom out on every thing.

i think some of the ways they do things like the hoses or intake or what ever could b more mechanic friendly but most of it is really good to work on

I dislike my feking antenna, which I think was broken in purpose so as to not have the RC look. It still goes up half way and has the bang bang bang bang noise which pisses me off, but Im too lazy to get a s2k antenna.

I cant help but wonder what a dc2r would be like in rwd..... as much as i love my car, rwd type r's might be more fun, but then again might take away from some of the things that make our cars what they are....

i find the dc2r quick, not the fastest car around, but its not so much the amount of power, but the way it uses the power which I love.... there are too many things that I like about my car, here are the only downsides I can think of....

1) Antenna
2) fwd
3) milano red fades and turns pink

I know there are things to do to change some of these gripes, but hey im just adding my thoughts to this thread.... by the way, the positives FAR outweigh the negatives.....

just sick of cans of drink tipping over in my car cause of the lack of cup holders. Im not concerned about people calling me a ricer etc. I do supersprints and modern regularity so Ive got all the cams shit on my DA and I love it! The front end of the DA is a bit unco with the 1m long headlights but it kinda grows on you. The best bit is how reliable the B18A is, 6.5k shifts and still going strong (bear in mind its non vtec) :)

Just wish it was a 6 speed gearbox......4000 rpm in 5th gear at 110km/hr sux over a long distance

I don't like that most people including many owners themselves don't understand the philosophy, superior performance and driveability of Honda NA's compared to larger capacity turbos.

gsi is slow, vti-r is annoying for having long gear ratio, type r is not slow at all...

unless youre comparing that to a highly modified 350z hmm?

2. sounds in pain when going in reverse.

- When you push the front seat foward to get out of the back, the seat doesnt slide foward automatically

1. Overall Weight-The reason why people keep doing B18C engine swaps into an EG or EK civic.

2. Long Front Overhang-Sure it looks good,but can be a pain with steep driveways & manouvering.

3. Bad Headroom- Thanks to the OEM moonroof; the rear I dont even wanna talk about. (Applicable to 5"8 height & above)

3. Parts seem to be expensive

the most annoying thing was the bloody antenna...

i ended up buying an s2000 antenna and sticking it on to get rid of that damn shotgun noise and attract less attention to the massive peice of wire sticking out of the car

Haha i so agree there. On my DA i just discounted the power wire from making it go up and just manually put it up a little bit. I still get radio heaps clear and well. Just not when im out on long drives to other places, but then i just listen to mp3 CD's then

I added a switch for my antenna. very simply job.

now i can put the antenna up and down when ever i like - most of the time its down anyway - very rarely use the radio.

I also think the s2K antenna look weird on the integra body - but hey its not for everyone

not sure if its posted, but when it rains and i have the windows down, the water just runs off the sunroof and into the car when going around corners. There doesn't appear to be an 'aquaduct' as such that prevents this around the top of the window

I've seen someone drive with the windows down when it was piss pouring! LOL

well unless u don't have an a/c option you have no other choice BUT to ride with the windows down i say...or stop breathing.

i guess you should install A/c or get it fixed.

any way, i find it annoying that the sunroof has no auto open or close. it kinda annoying when your driving and want to open the sunroof, have to leave my finger there. even more annoying they u also need to change gears ahha

its a GSi.. thats pretty much it.. oh yeah after drivin around on low, stiff springs for a year n crankin the sub pretty much every part of my intereor rattles, hell annoying, plus mystery noises coming from the boot when i go over any sorta bump, not my shokers, not my boot, not my spare wheel... no frikken clue what it is hahaha!!!

I have a mystery noises coming from my boot too. I just turn the cd player up,lol.

i'm talking about the run-off from the roof, it seems to just drip straight into my interior when turning corners etc. I have a/c lol

when i have my 16" wheels on, my bumper scrapes up certain driveways at stock height too
