The rods start breaking at about 15psi so 10psi is doable with good tune no problems.. but then I have to fork out for bigger injectors $$$$$$$$$$$$
Got my boost gauge going and I'm only running about 4.5ish never saw it hit 5psi all day unless my gauge is a bit off...

shit dude...i got b16a2 with many dollars spent on the motor and im running like 230hp at the front wheels on 6.5-7psi i don't know what that is converted to KW but that isn't that far off man.

all those times i had the manifold rewelded and fixed...god i felt like throwing it against the wall...In the end i ended up getting the exhaust flange cut off and the turbo flange cut off the manifold, got them machined and then got my mate to remake the ramhorn manifold into the same style as the last but using 3mm stainless tubing not like that shit crap which i think was 1.5mm or something.
Its been on the car for a week now and no probs but i think i might be getting a slight leek out my turbo flange, one of the bolts ****ed up soo i think in a week or so im taking the manifold off again and welding bolts to the manifold so i just have to put anti-loose nuts on the turbo side so these things dont come loose again. 3 times ive had this problem, its cos the turbo and all the assembly hangs off that turbo flange soo over bumps and crap all the time it comes loose no matter how tight you do it.
Ahh bro trust me you will know soo much about these ebay kits when u get to my point...from ur point right now you will have alot of fun with it for like 6 months or maybe little more then u start deciding to swap this part for a namebrander...and slowely slowely you will get to where im at where i dont have anything from the original kit.
I think i told you, i made a Ebay kit Install manual guide. bout 25 pages with pictures and what to do and what not do to n stuff.

found out it wasnt the gasket but from the fitting after closer inpection...
went n got another fitting all good...

i did hav 2 replace the gasket on the turbo before my tune coz they jst seem 2 disintegrate...
anyways been pushin my car like crazy... trying 2 empty my tank which was filled wit 96premium petrol from a no-name petrol station.. had 2 refill urgently coz was on empty after tune...
dont know why i filled a full tank for.. lol

got a carbon kevlar competition clutch rated at 300hp at the treads.
with a 3.9kg lightened flywheel, after i demolished a exedy heavy duty organic clutch.
never skipped a beat, abosolutly love it.
