if ur planning on painting the beast DIY, feel free to shoot some questions at me. ive done loads of resprays by now in my home garage. LOVE THAT VID seeing that lude pull

hope i am not being rude if i am very sorry, but is there a reason why you've chosen to tune it on is running on E10/91ron? how come not tuning to use at least 95ron? ive heard of cars being tuned n after fuel of choice is BP ultimate. besides e85 of course

just wanted to know what it would pull on crap fuel ? 437fwhp @ 20psi and factory 15 degree ignition is pretty impressive . but yes will be running 95ron on the street . lude will prob go on the dyno around sept to clean up the street tune and have the ignition wired in to the adaptronics and sorted as well as its 2nd drag map tuned on 30psi E85 . i prob will hit you up for some tips as my best mate will be coming up to help spray it as he has sprayed a few cars aswell .

I enjoyed the vid,just as said better to hear the car rather than music and get a vid up of the dash on a drive too,obviously on a private road.
I really like the cars exterior too,nicely done :).

i must say they came up smick , very happy with them and can finally see what the finished product is going to look like with the respray including the bonnet and boot all in white . prob going to spend most of the arvo cleaning and detailing it for tomorrows cruise . so looking forward to finally be able to take it to these type of events .

i forgot to mention im heading to brisbane at the end of sept - early oct for a week , here is a list and there are talks of a dyno day and maybe powercruise aaswell .

Monday 1-10-12 ........ Arrive in Brisbane around lunch time

Wednesday 3-10-12 ........ Test and Tune Willowbank . 5:30-6pm meetup

Thursday 4-10-12 ........ Harrys for dinner . 7:30pm meetup

Friday 5-10-12 ........ Tunnel run ( people need to suggest some tunnels ) . 7:30pm meet up

Saturday 6-10-12 ........ BBQ the park @ beenleigh. Under the M1 at the logan river 1pm - 3pm then a hill run from Mt Tamborine to surfers and then back home

Monday 8-10-12 ........ Leave Brisbane back to Townsville early morning .

was an eventful day today , enjoyed the cruise and the lude performed flawlessly untill on the way home :cry: it looks like the harmonic balancer has given up finally ! after thursdays failure , so theres no better excuse to pull the engine and replace things and upgrade . so i have a month and a half to install everything . heres some pics of the lude from today .

lovin at 45seconds the torque steer. it wants to be unleashed!!! haha

YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! destroyed the harmonic pully yesterday arvo on the way home , so its parked up with plans to pull the engine tomorrow/wednesday before i fly back out to work and in the next few weeks order the clutch , slave and braided clutch line and at the start of sept order the rest of the stuff including h22/h23 ARP main studs , new front and rear main seals , new sump gasket , input shaft seal , procomp cdi and ecoil , 044 pump , and a mate fabbing up a 3" dump off the turbo with the wastegate having a screamer . and mid sept dyno tune with street tune 22psi and race tune 30psi E85 and then to brissy 1st october for a week .
