No, NEO doesn't have a crank position sensor input. Stick to VAFC II if you want to use a cheap box. All it does is adjust fuel. It doesn't change ignition or timing.

Won't be too hard.. I just need to figure out what all the terms honda use in the ECU, and how it all reacts.

The software I have is pretty universal, and on the forum, there are guys that engineer the software to each car as a way of sticking it to the manufacturer..

so if there is nothing there, i'm pretty sure they'll be happy to take a crack at it..

There was only WRX software, and after 2 weeks, they made a base for my B4,

What is the VAFC can do? how about wiring issues? any modification on the cable? Thanks

VAFC II can adjust for fuel and vtec point. That's it. You wire it in the same way as an Apexi NEO. You tap into the wiring behind the ECU.

This is all well and good but I highly doubt you'd get it to work for the stock ECU. Honda can't even modify the ECU (trust me I've asked) as it's all hardwired into the ECU from day 1.

But by all means, if you can get it to work I'd be very impressed and excited :D

I'm thinking the same as integral90 but am happy for you to prove me wrong.Please ask the engineer guys to have a look at it and see if it can be done.

so far, no one knows how to remove the rev limiter yet... except going to standalone ecu?

we all talks about the emanage ultimate, has anyone actually tried out the v manage on the euro before? and also what does the f manage do?

One way is to get it reflashed with a higher revlimit, and then use the emanage to tune. Reflashing it is the problem. Who do you trust?
