The installation went well yesterday. Unfortunately I was busy rushing around all day and night so couldn't get a recording of the sound.
First impressions were good. There wasn't any noticeable difference in sound on start up. But slowly creep away from a stand still and a nice deep note comes out :D
It progressively gets louder through the rev range but just before VTec the sound almost completely goes? Strange. Then Vtec engages and it's ok (a little fart can kind of sound) but it didn't blow me away.
I wanted the RM01A because I heard it was loud but it actually wasn't. And I wasn't blown away.
But anyway I'm happy overall which is the main thing.
Then something bad happened in Balmain. On the way home last night I went over a speed bump and heard what sounded like the header bottoming out :(
Then almost every second speed bump it felt like it was bottoming out :(
Checked this morning and yep it's been scraping. :(
