im also confused.. why is it illegal to run steelies?
its something really stupid like affecting visibility of the car or something like that (yes i know people have black rims which are legal) so the law is really dumb, but ive had mates who have just had steelies on and they have been pulled over and made to put hubcaps on.
steelies are illegal? which state are you in? wtf.. seen so many cars around with steelies and never heard of anyone getting pulled over.. =S

haha i had the same problem with the fujitsubo legalis r for the fd1, one place offered them, another place says they dont make it for the civic... and i clearly showed them the link as well -_-
