well for one, I didn't have a good experience with one particular salesperson at Rockdale Collins, quoted a ridiculous price for a Accord VTi, ended up doing a deal over the phone at Larke Hoskins Homebush (was only the 2nd dealer I went to), got there 60 mins after my phone call and signed everything in 10 mins. Ask for Mitchell, no bs guy, just say you want to buy today and be reasonable. Mats and tints are almost always std I'd say but confirm first.Quote:

got my 03 Euro Lux with 33k on the clock, 6 speed for $26k + onroads, so including stamp duty it was around $28k, needed some minor repairs before i could insure it and that was in the $28K

I haven't arranged any window tinting but I think I will next week. I understand that $300 is the approximate price. I was tempted to get the rear parking sensors as well (extra $400) but resisted.
Delivery not until March, but there was no way I was going to compromise on colours or features just to get it sooner.

I think you're paying too much. The GM at Honda dealer I knew can give me $42,000 on exactly the same car that you're ordering (without the bodykit of course, otherwise add another $1,500). They're ripping you off, try to negotiate the price.Quote:
