reconnect the o2 heater, wire probably came out of OBD1 A6 ( code 41 )
I can disable the ELD in the ECU for you as you probably dont have an ELD installed.. ( code 20 )
thanks heaps ecu man. il hav a look when i get home, but i cant re conect it because i lost the pin lmao. would it cauz any damage driving it like this? or put the tune out?
Don't stress.
We can disable the ELD and reconnect the wire. :)
haha me stress? neva lol i just dont wana cauz any damage :p
If this were to happen to me, as i have so much old wiring harness lying around, i would de-pin 1 wire from a old plug and cut the wire about 5-10cm.
I would then solder the pinless wire to this 5cm wire with pin on the end, then i would plug it in.
Simple... You just need to know how to depin the plugs.
To depin one of these plugs i use a sewing needle...
You need to pull the sides of the plug down on the side which you will be removing the pin from (i cant really explain this, if you intend to do this yourself, let me know and ill go depin a plug and take photograph the processes so you can DIY).
Then you need to use the pin to push the little clip that holds the pin you are removing out of the way, then you can pull the pin out.
Installation is reverse of removal.
Do you have any old honda plugs lying around you can remove a pin from?
Some other make/model plugs have different sized pins so it pays to be taking it out of a similar plug and test fit it before you end up wasting time soldering for it to just not fit.
I'm also assuming you know how to solder and have the soldering equipment??
If not then it would be a 2min fix for someone who has the equipment and know-how.
lol chris ur such a noob, darren will fix it up for ya next week :)
hahha! im not a noob! i CAN do it, i just dont know where it goes, or have a pin :p bloody cars! a new thing surfacing every day! now i need to replace my swaybar as its sitting on my ITR LCA's and causing damage LOL one thing after another :p
