Doesn't really matter. I was on Wakefield once and I did my best lap time with a 52kg passenger on board! And that was driving at 10/10ths. If on the street where you drive normally and even have fun at about 7/10ths, the difference of 20kg is very minimal.

10kgs would be the rim only; Rim + Tyre: 17-20kg not sure on exact since i don't have the 17" myself.

plus you can brag better if you go to the track in a car that is in street trim (stereo head unit, 4 speakers, all seats and belts with spare)

Love watching my mate in his RPS13 line up ppl in gutted 4banger Hondas/corollas/Nissans at QR and still run 12.9 in full street with two subs and all interior intact on street radials, lol

Baller = street trim racing

You're meant to put it at the lowest point for better center of gravity. Bolt it to your cat.
