what size plate did you use for the butterfly?
also - how hard was it to port-match the intake manifold?
i didn't port intake manifold. The size of plate is the same. Just do inside of the throttle body. The throttle respond is better than before. Just $40 labour.
oh, OK, so it is not actually a larger throttle body.
i think Civic Type R is talking about using a bigger sized diameter throttle body to get more power, not just throttle response.
oic.....If stock internal, i think no need to change. If you change bigger throttle body, you need to change intake manifold as well.
i have heard of poeple boring the ITR intake manifold out too,
just wanted to know if/how you had done it...
the AEBS intake manifold is a better option when going with a larger TB for more top end power anyways... or the JG one if you have money to burn...
Y don't u consider 4 throttle bodies ??
