is located near the corner of Swanston St and Little Bourke St, next to the Shanghai Club (pokie place), u won't miss it...... it a chinese news agency...
good luck toE, or u can get a copy at Box Hill, the shops along station street....
Ha Ha is opppsite the Hoyts arcade in Chinatown (near dragon boat)
Box Hill ones are on Station street, u will see one with recaro seats in the window hehe:D
