What can i do to fix slowly closing auto window (Eg)

probably a good thing to say once a year or something fellas?
mine seems to be dying slowly, goes down fine but struggles to go up which i assume is because it's gripping on to the rubber channels
will lube it up and see how i go :)

lubing it up is always the answer ;)

ye same problem here with my eg.. what brand of silicon would be good?
