I am all for your project and would like to become of some assistance but in all honesty, i personally do not believe much of what you are saying. Firstly you say you have a 280kw engine and then you say it hasnt been built yet ?
Secondly, i have all the mods and add some to what you are planning and the best i have is a 14.2. :(

If i were you i would keep a lid on proceedings and talk the talk when time slips are in your hands. ATM you are losing respect fast by trying to claim things you havent done yet. Well within reasonable doubt i say that.

Finally, i know a B18 can do a 12.75 pass NA so theoretically i believe you. I have been in that car and seen the times slips and vids of his run. I will also point out his car is over 200kg lighter than your integra !

it can be true that a B18 can pass a 14.9's, cause a friend of mine, with B16a just did a 14.5's with like 2k of mods (and i don't know how the hell he get that!)...but to get another half sec outta 1/4 miles (into 13's)...kinda hard...hmmm...if you know the cheap way, any hints of what so ever...mind sharing with us???...i think everyone is dying to know...

so y that u can see that in run 2 my shifting was better!!! but run 3 was just ****ed!!!! no doubt about it!!! but i still got 85 MPH which is not bad!! but put run 3's launch with run 2's 2nd gear and 3rd gear shift and my c...ar was gonan pull a 14.7 or 14.8???? true????? well anyways nrxt time i'll get 13's or i give up!!!!!! go to calder on january 14h and u'l seee. long live B seriees!!!! the KILLER BEES

imho 14.9 from a vtir/b18c is nothing to sing and dance about.

A b18c head has smaller combustion chambers, so will give 0.2:1 more compression over the b16a.

Yes but you forgot to metion that on your first run you lost to the LS Integra that pulled 16.0 all 3 runs Spewing even after an engine swap. I dont know if I can mention this U can edit it if I cant but their is an awsome Pic on Fullboost.com of our run .
