Possible to get a EG VTI for under 10g

i just found an EG Vti for 8k... but the owner decided not to sell it!!! arrghhh it was black and looked pretty clean...

i found it on carsales... better do some more digging.

damn........ if only the EG coupe were available in right hand drive.

Bennjamin, i know the answers have been answered, but wouldn't mind a littel bit of more insights into the world of honda. :)

BTW, if anyone is looking for a honda prelude 92+ shape, vtec engine conversion, rooted bottom, for 3700$ look in the sydney tradingpost. i would take it off their hand ina heart bit if this was a eg civic.

dude, should have brought the 8g cash and wave it in their face, then they'll be tempted to sell it. :D

if your not worried about the engine, why not get a standard gli or something and the do a conversion to a b16a2....??

Also i would look at getting an si, even though its not a vtec it run well and is easier to make quicker than the vti.
