How much does it cost to have the head shaved, compared to buying a Y8 HG?

Also if you guys don't mind me asking, what kind of prices do you usually pay for:
- Hot tank cleaning head and/or block
- Decking head and/or block
- Honing block
- Crack test of block


Just curious because obviously it's important to give the head a good clean if you shave anything, but probably not such a big deal if you're just changing HG (assuming the head/block mate well to begin with).

im getting the head checked for vacc seal, warping/bending and the valves and valve guides all checked
as well as a clean and a skim all for around $150 at my local head/machining shop

if i get any serious work done im going to take it up to Perth - but these guys should be ok for what i need
