So If i take the car for RWC, it will not pass at all, what about cops, will they stop me every time they see the car ?

No offence, but a D15B7 will NEVER be a 'little weapon'. I started my Honda journey with that engine, and it's a POS. Sorry :)

with mild tuning the D15b7 is bloody amazing fun - they are a very underestimated engine
i have alot of mates with 200kw WRX and supra etc and they all prefer driving my civic because of the raw sound and punch
its not as fast or powerful - but it leaves u with a much bigger smile than their cars do =)
