wouldn't think so locote. you need to have a turbo to get into 13 second range. And they're putting out like 150-180kw @ the wheels. You'd have to at least open the engine up.

I think you woild have to build a better bottom end then the stock vtir one
and if you want 12's you will have to spend a hell of alot of money

i'd have to say no to that, blackdc2 ran 12.9 with full slicks with a lot, lot more mods than what you have mentioned. Definately requires upgraded bottom end, if not boost.

To put it into perspective a Ferrari 355 runs 13.5's

to put it really in perspective... i ran 13.7 with a $7000 B20VTEC in a LS integra...

(on street legal drag radials, not slicks)
