Ill have to admit it'll definately be alot more fun than a stock civic if you have upgrades lol.
Intake and headers arent bad, but for exhaust...make sure you find the right one otherwise it'll sound raspy/farty haha.
Definately agree with good tyres. Unless you plan to drive like a granny, dont cheap out on tyres or you'll regret it later.
