#3 – Lower final drive & LSD
#4 – Intake (CAI that actually works. Ingen, AEM, Mugen)
#5 – Header + cat + cat-back system (As best you can afford)
#6 – Spec C camshafts / valve springs / adjustable cam pulleys / oil pump gear / fuel pump / fuel pressure regulator / ECU / dyno tuning.
Power output: 116~118kw @ wheels (Dyno dynamics – 4F shootout)
For even better all round performance, add a 1.8L stroker kit & change the camshafts to Spec B's.
To "just" keep up, use Type R cams as drop in's with VAFC II or similar.
You'll still need a fuel pump & regulator.
