It's an issue with ozhonda that's been going on for almost a year now lel.

Just throwing a suggestion out there, does OH ban by user only or do they ban via IP ban too? If IP ban could that be an issue?

yeah we permaban via IP. if someone has the same IP as the banned member... they wont be able to get on.
