I don't know about delivery but the grille is US$135 -- without the H badge.
They also sell the aluminiumn gear shift knob ($57.50) and the pedals ($199.95).
Actually, I take that back: I just found the site says that they ship within the US only. Mightn't hurt to email and ask though...
can always use a service like www.shopthestates.com to buy from places that ship to US only.

but I just noticed an Australian Euro where the Mugen grille obviously isn't a clean fit and that whole radiator cover change-over becomes important again.
