The rear calipers aren't tiny.. they are more cute actually..hehee :D

If your running the stock DOT4 brake fluid they will stay mushy indefinitely.
I used to run the RBF600 and it was great..!

I need to source some good pads now as mine are almost dead. I ran racebrakes previously but it started squeeking too much for my liking.
I wonder who in this forum has the best prices for pads?

They proabably feel soggy cause you over cooked your fluid. (passed boiling temp).. If you upgrade the fluid and pads it would be good.

The caliper does the job... ITR would def have a better brake feel and less warming up- instant bite.... but ek4 brakes can brake pretty well if you upgrade the fluid and pads

So u can manage 1:16's with only pads and fluid for your brakes? if so then that's good enough for me!

Cos I've used it before with no problems. If anything they were fantastic.
There is about 50 Integra/Civic owners out there using it at the moment without any issues. :confused:

ek4 's roters and caliper much smaller even the brake pads' surface area ar much smaller. however after i put the endless ccx (50-750 heat range) brake pad and cusco brake stopper. my brake goes better and more responsive.

Are u running stock rotors? are you sure 750 degrees is enough? :rolleyes:

What difference have you found since having the cusco brake stopper?

yes still running my stock rotors, 750 is very enough. u wont get over 400 on street. even on track u only got 6 runs on queensland raceway then cool down, your disc my go up to 600 max. they ar pretty good pads for track, they cost me abt AU$400 imported fr hong kong.

i love the brake stopper, they make my brake feel harder. Their function is to stop the movement of brake master cyclinder when u ar braking. but it will lead to your brake more responsive. stop earlier than b4 without it. therefore ABS will come earier. thats wat i found by using it. :D

For those using their car for mostly street/light track application, what pads do you recommend? I only want to spend $150-200 for the fronts.

Anyone tried these or know of any others?

Not definitely sure but i've seen it on Motul offical site before, it said it will stuffed up something inside the brake system but i've forgetten what is it, but i've also tried it on my car before and it seems ok as well... :confused:

It's just an reminder....

anyway, DS2500 is good for street/track if you don't push real hard, and for the EBC green stuff you may forget it, it's not even good enough on the street.

It's all depends how hard you push the car and how hard you step on the brakes, if you are looking for good lap times, you definitely need more better rotors, pads, ss brake line, fluid, caliper and etc. Oh one more thing, if you are driving ek4 and you wanna upgrade to ITR brake system, it's better to get ITR MC and booster as well, it will give you more stronger brake power.
