IMO it's a very good mod to get.

About the resonance. You might hear a "buzzing noise" when you give the car more throttle at some rpms. The resonator is designed to remove these noises but it also inhibits performance. It's like a vibration sound.

You will only get the noise if you give it a fair bit of throttle and it lasts for no more than a second at a time. You will understand it better when you install it.

Yes, you can use the K&N filter later if you want. Those filters aren't cheap but it's always an option for the future. :)

mayb my 4th mod could be the filter :D you got the K&N installed in your euro? how often you need to clean the icebox's filter? was the install easy? where you from?

saw one on ebay for $155usd, and one of our trader sell for $385. i guess i will be getting from ebay :D

after the icebox beening install. what kinda filter can i add into the icebox? just panel filter, right??

Hey all. I just took my resonator off. I lost torque from idle to 1500rpm... Grrrr... and there is the usual booming sound at full throttle between 2200 and 3000rpm.

High RPM is nice, but I can feel more vibration above 5000rpm.

Now all you need is an icebox to complete the equation. :thumbsup:

subtract stock box - resonator + icebox = SUPER DOOPER FAST euro :P:P 0-100km/h 3.2sec :P:P

I'm going to do Apexi SRI. and then make my own enclosure.
