one thing you gotta put into account is that eg/dc coil overs are going to be way lower at the back than your da coil overs. Now correct me if im wrong but from what ive heard is that the front will have heaps of height adjustability, but the back will only be mega low and then go even lower than that.. so id say go for the KSport cos for one, if they are specifically designed for a da, then you will have better adjustment control at both the front and back and i dont see why you need edfc, dont be lazy and just get out of your car and turn the dial, pretty simple

is that how it is with steer^gimics car (pics if possible)? or is it different coz he used itr coilovers? ive read the same thing, as the shock for an eg is much shorter than that of a da9, but never really thought bout it like that. thanx
also, a bit of a stupid question... wats the spring rates? like how does the measuring system work?
-
crispy is correct.. eg/dc/ek/itr coil overs at the rear at the maximum height so there is no adjustability in going higher.. just lower.. if ur gonna wind down the da9 coil overs anyway id say no point getting them better off get the eg/dc/ek/itr as they will have more travel... see if u can get some photos of jp's car too see how low it is.. (its just nice IMO)

thanks guys, ill have to post up some pics today or tomorrow. think i got one on my phone somewhere. but yeh crispy is correct, in the front i have plenty of height adjustability, while in the rear, it sits quite low, and is almost at the highest setting.
in terms of k sport and tein, i would call fulcrum suspensions. all new import tein coilovers are now made in taiwan, but fulcrum are authorised australian manufactures for tein product. all parts, service, problems can stay local which might be some piece of mind. www.fulcrumsuspensions.com

thanx steer, i look forward 2 seeing the pick
ive already asked bt revolution if he can get me a set from the states, so ill just wait and c wat he says, if not, then ill go speak 2 fulcrum.

so how do you set the dampening rate in the tein ss, cause mine isnt set right
-
depends on roads you drive on and what kind of driving you do
for everyday driving i have the fronts set at 4 clicks from soft, and the rears set at 6 clicks from soft. back is stiffer so the ass 'follows' the front sharper, and doesnt get floaty on me. plus i have no interior so its much lighter in the rear.
on the track it will be set at nearly full stiff rear and probably half stiff in the front. depends

would da6 suspension be suitable for a da9?
-
yup.. just if u using the rears make sure u use the correct lca.. jdm is ball type and all others is fork type..
