Leave the 16 in there and just rip out your interior and everything else you dont need.. Power to weight. Wont cost you anything then.

Theres some thing called black paint, intercooler is a radiator paint it black and you wont even see it..

The only time i get attention is when my gate opens, apart from that it looks like a stock standard civic with a loud exhaust.
Ok i will take the paint it black approach... Paint your windows black so you cant see in thus no attention because you cant see its stripped. Grand total $3.

the thing b16 lack is torque.. it already has enough raw power.
If you are already ligth the torque factor plays a smaller part..
however there is no replacement for displacement
