I'm always in city (Sydney) and under normal conditions, I get between 320 and 350 per tank with some bits of hard acceleration. If I drive extremely conservatively, minimal air cond, etc... I can get a shade under 400. My engine has gone way past 10k so I'd say it's run-in; although I wonder if my regular hard-driving when it was newer may have led to this crappy fuel consumption figure.
If you're interesed, there's a guy on one of the singapore forums who sends out a spreadsheet every month with detailed statistics on his fuel consumption... but it takes alot of effort to interpret what it says because even I don't get it!
Note: I'm on the 1.8L model; K&N filter, mugen visors (which allow me to have windows down a bit without increasing the drag- and thus no air cond required), mugen grille (maybe it allows more air into the engine bay but may add to the drag thus negating the visors?), .... but everything else is stock.

Just thought I'd add something- I realised today that as long as I don't do hard acceleration too often, I can probably get 400+km... I'm already on about 380ish and there's still 5 of those "bars" on my fuel gauge.
Sidenote: I use regular 91 octane.

My civic is 1.8L vti mt, and i always using 98 octane, but it seems just can run aound 400-450km per tank untill the fuel light on. And my car just done 3k by time then i sold it due to get another car. But i think its fuel consumption will different by personal driving style, and i think it will improve a bit when the car run in after done few k.
