you have to be very careful when saying something about another business. defamation is an ugly thing, regardless if your car was really ****ed up by a mechanic ozhonda would be caught RIGHT in the middle. itd be better to personally PM the person saying so because its unlikely they'll do much compared to a publically viewed forum.
now legally, itd be easy too proove well mechanic stuffed my car up no problems. youll get your money, but do you want these things being flung around ozhonda? and also just stating an opinion of a product (as a sales rep) you cant get sued either as long as it was obvious it was your opinion. but at any rate, while you might be in the green its probably best we dont use ozhonda as a medium for this.
