you prob should downgrade to less wider wheels but even so you said the coilovers are comfy so i am assuming that they are considerably very soft which would possibly still cause the scrubbing when going on humps.
To have comfortable ride in otherwords your wheels might still have scrubbing as larger wheels are a rougher ride but in your case your coilovers are reducing the roughness.
Just wondering what tyre size are you running? if you are running 235/30/20 i dont think you need roll your guards <-- think it was covered.
considered a higher offset wheel or more negative camber?
but i'll say rolling ur guards is the way to go.
thanks for everyones comments/suggestions
i'm running a 35 profile tyre...And honestly i'd rather keep it that way.
I'm getting my whole setup looked at by a specialist at Fulcrum next week. Wil see what he has to say.
hey, i've just got 20" and ingalls rear camber kit fitted yesterday :D
but i've got a problem with the rear wheels rubbing the guards. so i rolled the guards, wheel aligned it with 0.5 rear camber. but it still rubs.
i think its because of the rear wheels width.. its 20x9
any suggestions?? need help quite urgently...
thanks
too big and too wide lol
-0.5 camber is nothing. the cl9 comes stock with -1deg
with that setup u may wanna try -2deg but i wouldn't recommend any more negative than that unless u wanna change tyres every month lol
yeh as i said before 30 is the max you can without rolling your guards if you stick with 35 you will need roll them.
Ok so i'm going to stick with the 35 profile for now (until they need replacing) as its too much hassle to seel swap etc.
Also I'm not on alot of roads where bottoming out is a problem so will just bare with it.
My car is booked in to get the coilovers fixed nexted week so i'm hoping it makes a slight difference.
will post up pics next week...i promise, just havn't been home with the car.
