Signature Advertising No Longer Allowed

imo, as a result of the changes, the restrictions for selling in the marketplace should be changed in suit. from what I gather, the PQ system is not being as often as it should.

Yeh i mentioned that in other thread.
But as far as mods are concerned its being used just as much.
Maybe us normal people just cannot see how much its being passed around.
Like is said looks like everyone is on the same amount of PQ's as they were 6 months ago and the fad of bothering to hand them out is dying off.

Just a question. What is the point of "normal" members giving out PQ if they equate to nothing? From what I've gathered PQ points that "count" are only given out by mods?

well you gather incorrectly. PQ points count towards your rep which allows other members to get an idea of how seriously they take your comments. if you get advice from someone with a red box, maybe youll think twice before taking it, whereas if someone like ECU-MAN with 100000000 green boxes gives you some help, you can most probably rely on it being correct. the effect that you giving a PQ point has, depends on how many points YOU have.

so if you have a minimal amount of points, what is the point of giving them if they have such a minimal effect?
