Thats a good point LUD02C......the teams with the cash will always spend the money on something to give them an advantage, and the only way to fully fix it is to have something like IRL or Supercars, where you can choose out of two chassis and engine combo....
which is bloody stupid if you ask me, I wish it could go back to the old days of F1 when pretty much everything was allowed......then you'd get some crazy cars.
The terms "pinnacle of motorsport" and "restricted development" don't go together.

You know what we need…
Go back to the 80’s when the F1 cars were turbo V8’s with slicks running 1,300 HP + at the wheels.
And Group B rally cars ruled the dirt and were just as quick as F1 cars on the tarmac.
Oh I can only dream.
Going to watch a few DVD”s now of that era.
