yeh they shuld be same power as the both have the high power vtec cam...
but it doesnt get super duper fuel economy... cos the d15b has the 12v mode aswell..

d16y1 has good fuel economy.. but vtec-e manages to sqeeze even more out of it... especially when youre in traffic and barely get over 3000rpm...
couple that with cvt tranny and u barely even get over 2000rpm wen bumper to bumper...
u can pull off probably 5-6L/100km if ur super duper granny
