yes they are,

FIT RS is the VTI-S model here in australia

the only difference is FIT are made in JAPAN
JAZZ is from Thailand

they are 98% similar in build and spec ;)

eer bought it in singapore.. -.- ebay us should have them go and have a browse. it shouldnt be that hard..
