most insures dont ins cars if theyre more than 2" lower than factory as well,
He got lucky.
no, i had my license. just didnt have it on me. driving with a suspended license is like a 2500 dollar fine and 12 months loss of license on top of whatever. possibly court.
Not sure anyone posted this link but I believe all states and territories must adhere to the National Code of Practice.
Here's the link to the NCOP Guidelines for Light Vehicle Construction and Modification.
It's got all the details in thorough for modifications regarding Engine, Brakes, Transmission, Body, Chasis, Seating...... you get the picture!
Quite an extensive list and the details that they go into are :eek::eek:
^^^^There is not normally one. You should always keep ur licence number on some paper in the glovebox, so when u forget ur licence they can check the number, ur pretty face pops up and its all good.
If you do not have ur licence number on u and no licence they normally give you 48 hours to goto the cop shop and show them...but i have heard of people getting a small fine for it like $125.00.
zco my man i need someone to talk to come on msn lulzzzz z saefweartfw
LICENCE CONDITIONS
Fail to comply with licence conditions $189 2 RT (DL) Reg 2008
Cl 114 (except cl 22(b), 32, 33 & 34)
Crash testing by the RTA
Current laws already provide that the cars of repeat offenders may be forfeited to the Crown. Usually, those vehicles are sold and the money used to recover storage and collection costs. The new laws will allow certain forfeited vehicles to be released to the RTA for crash testing.
The RTA will use the unique tests to investigate the potential effects of certain modifications on overall crashworthiness and the wrecks of these vehicles will be displayed at education days for young drivers, or at other RTA presentations.

how long will it take for police to issue a court summons??? (court date)
in regards to a speeding fine in NSW
Usually 1-4 weeks
Even if you didn't have an excuse, females always get let off for fines.. It's ****ing shit house, as long as a Male copper pulls you over.
If I was the copper I would've laughed at you if you said that you were speeding due to your shoes..What kind of excuse is that ?
bump fyi
Pretty much with the bride or recaro's even if you get it engineered they can still defect you.
My friend is mates with beau yates the aussie drifter, he had his seats engineered but still got defected. So don't think your safe because you have a piece of paper :)
Just a quick q - obviously the dc2r comes standard issue in australia with recaro's and a momo wheel - does that mean an ansy policeman can get up me for it???
Yeah around here im pretty sure they dont know much. Court is such a hasstle though...
Stupid rule, resting your arm out the window.
what happens if u got 3 points, then loose 4 points and have -1 points. is it still just 3 months suspension>
oooh ok thanks.
Cant you just lie about recaros? saying your car is a type r? Anyone goten away in say a dc4 with recaros?
its funny how these fines are more expensive now ..
