My plans over the next couple of months.
1. Fill the engine mounts up with a harder poly compound - motor moves abit too much for my liking. Added with the way I drive they won't last.
2. Firmer springs - OEM springs feel progressive. Would be good to get a linear rated firmer spring.
3. Upgrade sway bars - Steering response is good atm but could do with abit of sharping up.
4. Might look into ISF rims to see if they fit and cost. Or a nice rime with that colour effect darkish shadow chrome sort of look.

Just trying to give it abit more life.........I realise it's not a sports sedan.
Just installed the H&R sport spring last week. Modest drop and looks much much better compare to stock height. However, planning to go back to stock and getting rid of the H&R as I have a steep garage ramp!!!
PM me if you have any enquiry. :)
How hard is it to install the springs yourself? Never done it before, recommended for a noobie?
Got the same springs waiting to be put in too :D
Also, don't forget the pics :D
^ definitely not! need a bit of now how with cars etc. not to mention how long it would take if you don't have the right tools. you'd also need a spring clamp. i paid 150 to get mine installed. and it took him a good 2 and half hours or so. recommend you do the same too. much easier, hope that helps
Thanks :D Just saw so many people saying they did it themselves in a few other threads so i wasn't sure if it was exactly something a noob could handle with a youtube video along side hahahha
Yeah i got the set in the CL9 professionally installed, $240 but he takes his time and i trust him. Was quoted $160 from a tyre place in Richmond so not sure if i should take it there next time or go to the same guy, or DIY but yeah i think i will take your advice and get a pro :D
well the main thing with springs is you need a spring clamp. and it might take you a long time to compress the spring enough to fit it it. but if you have time. then go for it, learn a few things on the way. i learnt how to do it from watching the guy do it for me lol. good luck
hmm ahah i dont think i have the balls to do it. I saw the guy do a little bit of the front and he was using a mallet and what not, i mean i have nfi what to knock out and stuff so i'm sure i'd forget something unless there is a shortcut.
Yeah i'd need a spring clamp too, and lots of tools. haha :zip:
I thought there might have been a shortcut to taking them out haha because people seemed to be doing it themselves but i guess there's no shortcut! When i was there he took about an hour for the front left, sounds a little long but i guess its not much more to pay for peace of mind right?
i got my mugen visors installed today! theyre soooooo hawt!!!!! my only qualm is that i wish it says mugen more clearly instead of just being branded in the same transparent colour. i want everyone to know theyre mugen visors lol. i wud slap on more stickers but i have enough already kekeke
they have a piece of rubber like the blades of ur wipers that seal off ur front windows when u roll them down to the visor edge. i didnt know that. so cool
