hey guys just wondering i saw this ep3 at a dealership with cf console, cluster surrounding and bezel, where can u get the bezel from?
IMG had an EP3R with a pic of the CF bezel surrounding the head unit... it's really nice but not too sure where you could get it from... Perhaps it might have been a DIY thing?Quote:

^ david from AAI tried ordering the CF console sticker from Honda Japan...exxy...was something like $180 aud each...and that was when the exchange rate was good...really no point getting it now

^ it was an extra george...the majority of the ep3s got C package...but not all have the CF sticker
CF dash is optional extra. not included with C package.
personally not a fan of the dash kit but i like the cf type r door sills (which i dun have).

plus im talking bout the cf cluster bezel like the ek9 cluster, not the a/c console, ive seen that kit for sale awhile back and its just a sticker, not an actual replacement

basically the EP3 comes in two models, Prefacelift and Facelift.
Majority of the EP3's here in Oz are from Japan (JDM). The JDM models are those where the engine and tuning is done in Japan and sold within Japan, but the actual car's exterior and interiors are all built in the UK.
Both can have the C-package but as everyone has said, C-package is an option with certain extras. So, whether you are looking for those specific extras or all the extras then it's up to you, but it makes no difference nor does it give extra Kw's to the car..LoL.. :)
So my advice is pretty simple, look around and find the one you want and whether there is one or two extras here or there, then it's an added bonus.
In the end, as long as the car has low Km's, no visible damage, no dodgy paintwork, drives smoothly and makes you feel comfortable, then it's for you. :D
And btw, be sure that it comes with HID and not normal halogen headlights. :cool:

The parcel shelf would have had to be modified in such a way to allow the full functionality of what the shelf was suppose to do, but obviously they were not concerned about it.
They could have at least screwed it on to fix it in place so it doesn't move...hehe

I think as always when buying online, do it at your own risk (although most of the time it is fine). Tax/customs you pay will depend on the price of the item so if it is over $1K, you will have to pay duty on them. And presuming it is brand new you won't a need quarantine check, although you may need to pay a $7 handling fee still.Quote:

On a DC5 there is generally enough room to just wiggle the mount far enough out of where it sits to stuff the inserts in the sides of the mounts, and then jam the mount back in. Try that. yeah there was a dc5 in the workshop and we compared both front ends of each car. Basically the ep3 engine layout is almost the same aside from the the whole front more close to eachother. We tried moving the motor around and everything but we couldnt get it to come out it was a pain in the butt lol. There is just so little room to work with unfortunately. I dont know how unlucky i am. Today i was driving to work this morning 5:30 in the morning. Was driving normally just cruising and my front windscreen made a creek noise and to my surprize i saw a 10cm long crack. I wasnt even speeding and i didnt hit any potholes or anything. Come lunch time it had grew longer. Anyone know if i can get ep3 front windscreens here in OZ ??
