yea i was thinking hm maybe an xforce canon, but i don't like the look of the canon on the mugen kit, much prefer the twin tip and wanted to keep it clean/stock looking, so i had to compromise and go for the resonator, wasn't aware id lose responsiveness though, but ive compensated for it by driving in S mode more lol, does actually increase responsiveness esp at the low end (which is where the responsiveness was lost - especially going uphill)
btw could someone tell me WHY its losing responsiveness? i cant quite derive why it is like it is
ok got another question: anyone know if i can tap a pos/neg wire to any wires in the INTERIOR fuse box?

oh hahaha yea ill check it out. ahhh needa look for a power source inside the car T_T.. anyone know what cables in the fusebox i can tap? such as the interior dome light (if there is one for it in the itnerior fuse)

putting LEDs in the front grille hahah. such a ricer =[. but yeah.. and also my current LEDs in the footwells i have currently hookd up to the ciggie lighter, but i wanna change it and hide it better so yeah wanna wire up to something in the interior fuse box (preferably the interior dome light cables)

I also installed a K&N Typhoon Short RAM Intake a few months ago. The first day I installed it the sound and performance was incredible!! 3 days later this disappeared and since then I have since been told it is running lean and have noticed an acceleration lag of a few seconds, basically till I get to about 6000revs. Strange/horrible thing is the car is still guzzling fuel quicker than before the SRI was installed, I get around 450/470kmph driving around at an average of about 75km/h mostly on the canberra roads here. I acknowledge the ABS plastic Mugen bodykit + spoiler adds weight and thus fuel consumption but have still noticed greater fuel consumption since installing the SRI. Anyone know how to deal with these performance/lag issues?
Any one know if its possible to drop a later model k20a with a 6 speed manual gear box preferable like a ep3 or dc5 k20 into a 06 civic sports..would the computer wiring all be the same or need customizing or is possible too mod the k20z too become more powerful than k20a standards
someone's done it before, but with different headers..
(dropping a k20a sourced from an ep3 + skunk2 intake manifold + custom exhaust manifold)
it can be done, sum ppl hav done it with a K24 block + K20A ivtec head... works great + those extra torque from the 2.4L! or a JDM FD2R K20A will fit directly but $$$
