i think you can, i believe they do it in the states.

He has a 96-97 front bar champ, just has a 94-95 lip on it.
yep my model is the 96-97 model but like tmy said, i am using the 94-95 lip with diy fitment

thanks dude, nice nice, i dont like fat lips, hence why i went with the prefacelift oem lip.
Nam, the total height (Mugen front spoiler and front bar combined) is the same as the height of your bar with the prefacelift lip put underneath the bar. I'm a total fan of the Mugen front spoiler and I think I will get another CD5 in near future. I have the exact front spoiler shown here - 100% same!
