same here... i chose the purple (which is only available on the sport model yes) which brought me an 8-week wait... my dealer called a few days after i ordered (early march) and said if i change to black i can have it before the end of march, i.e. 3 weeks. guess it really all boils down to what they have and what they have to wait for from the factory.Quote:

Sunroof on a Vti-L is an extra $2500, hmm, pretty tempting. Though if I was gonna spend an extra $2500 then I'd probably be better off adding another few thousand and getting the Sport.
Wow didn't know the sunroof was even an option on the vti-l.. my dealer had said it was a sport only thing.Quote:

I guess I should ring them up see whether there's vtiL for immediate delivery
it seems like your gona have to wait no matter wat. the civic is selling far better than what even honda expected i think. i guess this is the reason why their isnt much discounting going on, if your not willing to pay full price there will be someone esle who is and still wait for it. i payed the rrp for my sport and got a couple of things extra and i was happy enough cos i was driving a new car that hardly ne ppl had:) But back to the point unless u get lucky you will have to wait for some period of time
