er... reason for posting the "we seen it all" pics? :confused:
civic type-r hatch in oz will cost around 40k up.
so if you have 40k, what type of car do you want ?
1.luxury/roomy = accord euro/aurion or c-class/3series(used)
2.power = mazda 3mps(190kw)/WRX or monaro/holden HSV(used)
3.sports=integra type-s or s2000/1991 nsx(if u lucky)
4.hatch with brand name=alfa 147 TI(top of the range)
now, tell me honda type-r hatch,where should i put ?
may be this :
5.hatch with Honda brand:type-r
;)
Ninja'd from the UK forums:

If I have a family, Euro or Aurion. I'd rather get an older previous gen 5-series rather than a used 3-series.
3MPS or a WRX. No used HSVs for me. Even seeing a new one with dealer plates being fanged and burning heaps of coolant yesterday is scary enough.
S2000. A 1991 NSX will need more than just 40k. Factor in another 10k to replace the timing belt, water pump and valve clearance checks.
I'll never touch a 147, especially after one spontaneously combusted next to my friend's mint E30 325i coupe. The only Alfa I'd put up with all the problem for is the Brera.
I think the UK CTR should be put into the same category as the Golf GTI. Unfortunately, the interior will not appeal to middle age buyers.
I'd definitely be looking into this! I hope it'll fall just under 40k!
Anyone know the colour range and options available when new? I don't have flash here to access the website.
