wtf is Tein EDFC and why do i need it?
Tein EDFC is a little box that you put in the cabin of your car. This box is then attached to each strut top, and you can adjust the dampner from inside the cabin... so basically, you can make it softer for crap roads, and stiffer for the good twistie roads.
You don't really need it, but the guy dosn't want to part the items... you can sell the EDFC seperate for like $300.
seems good man, but i prob wont use it. Is installation hard for CO? can i normal bloke do it himself?
You Need to have teh gayness in you to do the install, it involves sticking little things through little holes, robbi should be able to tell you all about it!
Installing coilover is VERY EASY... basically its a straight replacement for the OEM item.
take the wheel of, undo the bolts that old the existing strut on the car, put in the coilover, use the old bolts to fix the coilover to the car.
Hardest part is the back struts because you have to take out all the boot lining to get to the strut top... but once you unbolt it from there its easy.
Then you just need to get a wheel alighnment done.
Oh Tony... you are hilarious.
Buraks if u want a hand to do an install i can help you out, uno if u manage to snap a wheel stud again or something, just give me a call!
snap a wheel stud? WTF...
fark, dont remind me of the wheel stud... that was a nightmare!!
ill prob go check it out on the weekend
