^ how do you get the odo to light up like that

Hey guys,
so this is my first post of my ek, I just recently got some rear domani tail lights before exams :( . The wheels was from my good mate Kenny.

You can remove the paint on the backing of the gauges so that it is transparent on the back, not sure if that is how he did it too. I did it for my redline :)
