Lol @ longers' stalking skills
Been stalking the Euro builds on FB (from the Euro fb group page on here) and one of the admins has a CL9 Euro with a EuroR badge.
Dunno how legit it is though.
Here's the group: http://www.facebook.com/groups/336392983078573/
I'm 99% sure that you can not import the Euro R as the CL9 is already sold in the domestic market over here.. as per the RAWS rules you cant bring those kinds of cars (for example S15's from ~2002 cannot be brought in since they were sold locally as 200SX)..
if there was one, it would most likely be a personal import..
and yes the laws are retarded even though the CL7 is pretty much a different car to the CL9, but the same rule is with the Lexus GS300 from 1998-2003. That model has an N/A 2JZ, and in Japan they are sold as the Toyota Aristo with both the N/A and twin turbo 2JZ, yet you cant bring them in! (unless its a personal import)
If you want one, be prepared to pay heaps for an ultra rare personal import, or just wait for them to be 20 years old. (this is assuming someone has actually gone to all the trouble to bring in a FWD Euro R instead of all the other great unique cars that can be brought in from Japan/Europe ;) )
Good point? That bloody white cl9 is so not a euro r..
1. It has chrome surroundings
2. It has Modulo lip lit Not euro r kit
3. It has beige interior
